This agreement is between e-logo-design and the party identified as
"Host" in the end of this agreement.

Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to execute a joint promotion partnership
program between e-logo-design and the party identified as Host,
wherein, the host will sell the services provided by e-logo-design
on its website. This agreement neither creates or intends to create any
partnership, joint venture of coventure between e-logo-design and
the party identified as Host. Neither the company nor any of its employees
are directly or indirectly liable for anything under this contract.
e-logo-design will design corporate logos for the clients send by
the host.

Deposit

This agreement confirms that the party identified as host will be supposed to
make the deposit of $107.99 ( Non Refundable). This deposit is neither a fee
nor any setup cost, the deposit will be utilized for 4 clients brought by
the party identified as host. The deposit of $107.99 paid by the Host is non
refundable. As soon as the host sends 4 clients, the host will have to
deposit another 107.99 USD to continue the joint promotion agreement.

Term of agreement

This agreement shall be valid for 1 year from the date of the contract
signed below by both the parties.

Exchange

The parties will have to exchange logos and links of their individual
websites on each others websites in their partners section or any other
page, publicly readable.
